Harmony Residence: A Harmonious Blend of Architecture and Elegance

Located in the heart of a busy city, the Harmony Residence was designed as a calm and comfortable retreat from urban life. The three-bedroom home combines thoughtful architecture with refined interior design.

The project began with a clear understanding of the clients’ lifestyle, preferences, and needs. This insight guided the design process, resulting in a home that is both functional and reflective of the people who live in it.

PLAN

The project includes three bedrooms (master, kids’ and guest) and a kitchen.

AutoCAD was used to develop detailed drawings from initial sketches, with the layout planned for efficient space use and smooth movement between rooms.

SketchUp was used to create a 3D model, helping visualize the design and gather client feedback. Photoshop was then used to prepare mood boards, color palettes and renders, showing how materials, lighting and finishes come together.

INTERIORS

Interior design brought the project to life through the use of textures, colours, and furniture. Each space was designed to balance contemporary and classic elements while reflecting the preferences of its occupants.

SketchUp and Lumion were used to enhance visualization. Lumion’s realistic renders helped clients experience the lighting, materials, and overall atmosphere of the home before construction, bringing the design to life.

Construction was carried out in close coordination with contractors to ensure the design was accurately executed, with AutoCAD guiding the process throughout. Attention to detail was maintained at every stage, resulting in a home that seamlessly integrates architecture and interior design. Warm living spaces, thoughtful colors, and functional furniture create a welcoming atmosphere that successfully reflects the clients’ original vision and aspirations.
