Tanya Joshi — Graduate Architect
I am a Graduate Architect with a Master of Architecture from the University of Newcastle (2022), where my thesis explored adaptive reuse and climate-resilient design — investigating how existing buildings can be reimagined to reduce environmental impact while serving genuine community needs.
My professional experience spans residential, institutional, and hospitality projects across three years of practice in India, where I worked across the full design process — from client briefing and schematic design through to construction documentation and site coordination — using Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
I am passionate about design that responds thoughtfully to its environment and community. I recently completed the McKinsey Forward Program, reflecting my commitment to structured problem-solving and leadership alongside my design practice.
I hold full Australian working rights and am open to roles across all of Australia.
